Die Kameraausstattung besteht auf der Rückseite aus drei Linsen: Einem 50 MP Hauptsensor mit optischer Bildstabilisierung (OIS), einem 5 MP Ultraweitwinkel und einem 2 MP Makroobjektiv. Softwareseitig läuft das A17 mit Android 15 und der One UI Oberfläche; Samsung verspricht sechs große Betriebssystem-Versionen sowie sechs Jahre Sicherheitsupdates, was für ein Gerät dieser Klasse ein starkes Versprechen ist.

Natürlich gibt es Kompromisse: Die 90 Hz Bildschirmrate ist flüssig, aber nicht so dynamisch wie bei Geräten mit adaptiven 120 oder mehr Hertz. Bei starker Belastung etwa durch grafikintensive Spiele oder wenn viele Apps gleichzeitig laufen, wird der Exynos 1330 an seine Grenzen stoßen. Die Ladegeschwindigkeit könnte für Nutzer, die oft unterwegs sind, schneller sein. Auch bei der Kamera zeigt der Ultraweitwinkel limitiertes Potential bei wenig Licht und die Makro-Linse ist mehr Spielerei als Substanz. Insgesamt aber ein sehr solides Paket.

The production of organic cotton is certified according to GOTS is subject to the socially and environmentally friendly GOT standards. The printing takes place within the EU in Poland at a modern textile printing company. The organic cotton yarn is produced in the tranquil Netherlands.
